The normal On-Site seminar fee is $1,200 for up to 30 attendees for delivery within a 30 mile radius of our office. Please call our office for travel fees associated with more distant locations. A $500 deposit will be required to hold your selected date once it has been confirmed with our office. The remaining funds are due in advance of the seminar date. *Note: Under California law, a supervisor is any individual entrusted with authority and independent judgment: “(i) to hire, transfer, suspend, lay off, recall, promote, discharge, assign, reward, or discipline other employees; (ii) to direct employees or to adjust their grievances; or (iii) to effectively recommend any action in (i) or (ii) above.” Government Code section 12926(r). Thus, administrative assistants, with the ability to make recommendations to their managers, must receive such training.
