PROFESSIONAL EXPERIENCE:

Timothy Bowles is an experienced attorney in employment law for employers and management, international human rights law, health care fraud, business law, civil and constitutional litigation. He specializes in representing private employers in court and in investigations and proceedings brought by the federal Equal Employment Opportunity Commission, the California Department of Fair Employment and Housing, and other employment-related agencies and boards.

Mr. Bowles is the author of the Bowles Law Letter, a quarterly publication servicing over 20,000 recipients. He is a frequent speaker for employers and professional groups. He has authored and delivers seminars on several employment law related subjects, including Discrimination in the Workplace, Employment Basics Seminars and Sexual Harassment Seminars.

He has also created an Employment Forms and Manuals used my many employers to assist them in putting legal basics into their company.

Mr. Bowles has an extensive, and successful history as a litigator.

PROFESSIONAL EXPERIENCE:

Cynthia S. Bamforth possesses an in-house legal background and a strong skill set in employment law with a focus on compliance issues arising under federal and California law including harassment prevention training, employee handbook compliance, terminations, meal and rest breaks, and leaves of absence.

Ms. Bamforth is the co-author of a variety of articles published in The Latest Magazine, Inc., including the following:
